I'm Osilama (Lama) — a Digital Strategy & Marketing Manager with 15 years of experience across digital marketing, community engagement, IT operations, and brand strategy. My career spans a chartered professional membership body, HP channel marketing across Nigeria, and an independent consultancy.

At the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), I played a significant role in the Institute's digital transformation — managing social channels, coordinating 6 national editions of the Young Managers' Competition and Summit, and overseeing the complete migration of in-person programmes to online delivery.
